-Jorge Gámez Campos, president of the Business Coordinating Council of Celaya, reported on the "A Road to the Future" summit, which will take place in November to discuss artificial intelligence, security, and 360° logistics in the region.
-The first International Railway Congress will be held at the National Technology of Mexico in Celaya, in the Gymnasium Auditorium, located at Campus 1, and the SABES University, seeking to turn the Bajío region into the economic axis on rails.
-The "A Road to the Future" summit will gather experts from November 6 to 8 to discuss AI, security, dry ports, and 360° logistics in Celaya.

Celaya is preparing to host the 1st International Railway and Logistics Congress, a key three-day event that aims to position the Bajío region as a fundamental logistics and economic development hub for the country.

The Sessions and Program

The opening session will be on Thursday, November 6, from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM, at the National Technology of Mexico in Celaya. This day will focus on students and the general public, and will include short talks from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM on "Technologistics: AI and Connectivity"; a conference from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM on "National Security Strategy, Addressing the Causes," and an expert panel from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM focused on "360° Logistics."

A recreational activity for students will also be offered from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Simultaneously, a business session will take place from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, featuring business networking and a keynote business conference.

Friday, November 7, will host the most packed session in the morning, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with the inauguration of the congress. The agenda includes the discussion "Welfare Development Pole," the panel "Celaya and the Bajío: Mexico's Logistics Hub," the discussion "From Celaya to the World: The New Economic Axis on Rails," and the conference "The Railway as the Axis of Mexico's Economic Transformation." In the afternoon, the conference "Logistics as a Driver of Regional Development: Opportunities for the Bajío in the New Economy" will take place from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, followed by the cultural presentation "Oigan señores el tren" (Listen Gentlemen, the Train).

The discussion on "The Future of the Railway in Mexico: Logistics, Innovation, and Security" will be held from 5:20 PM to 6:30 PM, culminating with the closing ceremony and presentation of the 2nd edition.

The Congress will close on Saturday, November 8, from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, at the facilities of the SABES University. The program will focus on technology and regional economy: the conference "Ecosystem in Action: Innovation and AI for Regional Development" opens the morning.
